"10/10 Andrew is the best Always quick to answer when you’re needing help I’m glad I switched over! Update. They suck. Also, they lie don’t fall for the health insurance or Life insurance won’t make your policy any cheaper It’s cheaper if you don’t get it. Btw he asked me to write a good review when I was setting up the insurance."

"Poor service. Made a trip to the office and they said they would take care of an issue and it's been over a week and nothing has changed!!! Because of this issue I can't even go online to change my payment method. I have got a new bank card and it wants a payment on something I canceled 3 months ago before I can do anything. I stand with my rating until it has been fixed. Now I get a bill for an extra $25.00 charge when I paid my bill. They don't listen when you let them know your Bank Account was hacked and you had to get a new card so you paid your bill online. I never had this much trouble with State Farm in the past. The staff Brooke Collom and Sydnie Mavity are super nice and friendly and will take care of you. Thank you Ladies"

"I have been with State Farm over 6 years, in the last 6 months EVERY bill I receive continues going up. When I call it’s always “I don’t know it’s not on our end” Check your drive safe and save “I’ve never received bad score on it either.” I have no tickets nor anything on my DL record. I’m paying 2X what I was paying last year! Your best bet is RUN 🏃🏻‍♀️don’t use them. Unless you don’t care to be jacked around!"
